Screen Shot 2018 09 05 at 5.11.05 PMHighlights of Judge Brett Kavanaugh's hearing from Bretbart News include--

--Senator Lindsey Graham (SC) predicts that at least four or five Red State Democrat senators will back Brett Kavanaugh for Supreme Court. These Red State Democrats "face the potential of significant local backlash at the polls if they continue to tacitly support the obstructionist tactics of their Democrat colleagues."

--A Rasmussen poll indicates that 69% of those polled think Judge Kavanaugh will be confirmed.

--Judge Kavanaugh’s wife, Ashley, escorted Margaret (13) and Elizabeth (10), Kavanaugh daughters, out of the hearing because of the uncivil protests of the Democrat-backed protesters. “I want your daughters to know what happened yesterday is unique to the times we live in,” Graham said to Kavanaugh.

Screen Shot 2018 09 05 at 7.25.23 AMThe Senate Judiciary Committee began confirmation hearings for Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh yesterday. Former Secretary of State and National Security Adviser Condoleeza Rice and others introduced him.

Kavanaugh then talked about his Father and memories of “attending Redskins title games with his dad and watching Cal Ripken break Lou Gehrig’s ‘seemingly unbreakable record’ of consecutive games played.”

Kavanaugh talked about his Mother, saying: “My mom taught me that judges don't deal in abstract principles. They decide for real cases, for real people, in the real world."

Kavanaugh said: “I revere the Constitution. . . . I will always strive to preserve the Constitution of the United States and the American Rule of Law.”

He ended with: “I live on the sunrise side of the mountain, not the sunset side of the mountain. I see the day that is coming, not the day that is gone.”

Kavanaugh went high, and the Dems and their cacophonous protest choruses went despicably low.

Bannon invited, then disinvited, to New Yorker Festival

Screen Shot 2018 09 04 at 12.56.32 PMSteve Bannon, Trump’s former campaign chief executive, had been invited to the New Yorker October Festival for an interview with David Remnick. After protests from fellow guests, Jim Carrey (actor) and Jessica Valenti (writer for Salon, Bitch, Ms. Magazine) among others, Bannon became disinvited.

Bannon “expressed disappointment” and said Remnick “showed he was gutless” after caving to those opposed to the interview.

Have you noticed a pattern of "invite then disinvite" emerging for many so called right-leaning speakers?

MUELLER Threatened Flynn with Prison to stop him from stumping for GOP Candidates

Screen Shot 2018 09 04 at 9.22.49 PMTrue Pundit asserts that Mueller has delayed retired Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn’s sentencing: “To silence the retired General and keep the influential Conservative out of politics and the crucial midterm elections.”

Flynn had planned to rally for Omar Navarro (CA) and Troy Downing (MT), but Mueller “threatened Flynn with new charges and prison time,” according to one DOJ source.

According to Justice Department insiders, such coercion and suppression is illegal and breaches several federal laws and statutes. One statue is “Coercion of political activity 18 U.S.C. § 610.” “This statute,” True Pundit documents, “makes it a crime to intimidate, threaten, command, or coerce any employee of the executive branch to induce the victim to engage or not engage in any political activity.”

DOJ insiders are accusing Mueller of felonies and asking what “threatening the voting and Constitutional rights of an American have to do with Russia,” ostensibly Mueller’s charge.

Taxpayers are also increasingly asking why they have to foot the bill for Mueller’s unethical and illegal antics.
