How to Stop the Massive Mail-in Voter Fraud Democrat Socialists Plan to Flip the 2020 Presidential Election to Biden
Jerome R. Corsi, Ph.D.
Why are mail-in ballots critically important to the Democrat Socialist plans to commit massive voter fraud in the 2020 presidential elections? The answer to this question demands we understand the mechanics of voting and the power a politically partisan state governor and board of elections have to conduct and coverup voter fraud designed to flip an election.
Mail-in ballots are distinct from absentee ballots. Mail-in ballots are sent to all registered voters.
Absentee Ballots versus Mail-in Ballots
Absentee ballots have been used for many years. Voters must request absentee ballots and most states have had in place traditionally strict signature recognition procedures designed to verify the actual registered voter applied for and submitted a vote by mailing in or delivering to the election board an absentee ballot.
Absentee ballots were designed to be used by voters who know they will be out-of-state or otherwise unable to vote in-person on election day. Mail-in ballots are sent to all registered voters, including those who request absentee ballots. “Lawfare” revolutionaries created mail-in ballots with the intent of subverting voting integrity by offering a convenient alternative to in-person voting that is by its very nature subject to fraudulent manipulation.
We will now detail the methodologies Democrat Socialists plan to implement to exploit mail-in ballots for vote fraud, flipping elections won by Republicans to their Democratic opponents.
Require No Signature Verification
Democrat Socialists argue that election officials are not qualified as handwriting experts to discern whether the signature on the outside envelope of a mail-in ballot matches the signature of the voter on the official voter registration form.
If there is no signature verification required, no signatures can be challenged, and all mail-in ballots can be accepted as legitimate. This allows Democrat Socialists to flood the election board with mail-in ballots that have been manufactured by political operatives to vote for Democrats.
Separate Mail-in Ballot Envelopes from the Votes Cast
Once election board workers accept the mail-in ballot signature, the envelope with the signature is separated from the vote inside. The vote is counted, but not identified by voter. Thus, even if the signature is ultimately challenged, the vote cannot be identified to be removed from the vote totals. As a result, once signature verification is not required, virtually all mail-in ballots are counted in the total, whether the votes are legitimate or fraudulent.
Extend the Time Mail-in Ballots Can be Postmarked
If mail-in votes can be counted for days after election day, Democrat Socialist political operatives can determine how many mail-in votes for Democrats must be created fraudulently to flip the election from a Republican who won on election day when the in-person voting was counted.
If a Democratic governor and election board determine that mail-in votes are to be considered the preferred method of voting, in-person voting can be considered provisional, with in-person voters permitted to vote only on paper ballots. Provisional ballots are not counted on election day because provisional ballots must be determined to be legitimate (i.e., not a second vote because the voter also submitted a mail-in ballot or because a fraudulent mail-in ballot was found with that voter’s name on the mail-in ballot’s outside envelope).
If in-person paper ballots favor Republicans, the in-person paper ballots may be challenged or simply “lost” because they were destroyed or otherwise discarded.
Measures to Prevent Mail-in Voter Fraud
The first and most obvious solution is to outlaw mail-in ballots from being sent to all registered voters, regardless whether the voter requests a mail-in ballot or not. Eliminating the practice of sending mail-in ballots to all registered voters would leave in place absentee ballots for those voters requesting one because they are unable to vote in-person on election day.
Another obvious solution is to require voter IDs to vote, both in person and for those requesting absentee ballots.
If sending mail-in ballots to all registered voters is not prohibited by state law, the following measures must be implemented to reduce the potential for mail-in vote fraud:
- A state must require the signature of mail-in votes on the outside envelope match the signature of the voter on the state’s voter registration form.
- A state must require that no mail-in vote postmarked after election day will be accepted.
- A state must require that all mail-in ballots received by the election board by election day must be counted on election day.
- A state must allow in-person voting to be done by vote machine or by in-person ballot at the voter’s choice.
- A state must count all in-person votes on election day, not determining by decree that all in-person votes will be categorized as provisional.
Finally, a state should approve all legitimate requests to serve as poll watchers, regardless of party affiliation.
A state fund should be established to pay a $5,000 reward to all citizens (including inside election board officials) who can document claims of election fraud. Recording suspected fraud on cellphone videos must be accepted by state courts as evidence accepted in court to determine if voter fraud occurred.
All possible steps must be taken to protect the integrity of elections if we are to have a chance to preserve and protect the Constitution and our fundamental freedoms as American citizens. Only treasonous revolutionaries seeking to overturn the Constitution would disagree.
